Remember to shop our Christmas book donation program at both libraries

Here's how it works: you browse the special books we have on display at either our Laurens or Clinton library location. You'll find a wide variety of books to choose from such as beautifully illustrated, children's picture books as well as adult coffee table books with lots of cool pictures in them too!

Each book contains a bookmark noting our dollar cost for that book. You are encouraged to support our library collections development (the books we have in our libraries), by selecting a book you'd like to donate and filling out a form for doing just that-- which you submit to us, along with payment. We'll then put a bookplate on the inside cover of the book stating your name as the donor and the name of whoever you wish as the honoree. The honoree will then receive a card in the mail noting that the named book was donated by you in their honor. You may also donate funds for books in memory of someone.

Some of our new adult additions coming to the donation tables include:

Exotic Taste: Orientalist Interiors by Emmanuelle Gaillard and Marc Walter

Catherine The Great: Portrait of a Woman by Robert K. Massie

At Home with Flowers by Jane Packer

Masters Book Arts: Major Works by Leading Artists curated by Eileen Wallace

The Neely's Celebration Cookbook: Down-Home Meals for Every Occasion by Pat and Gina Neely

Handmade Holiday Crafts: 225 Inspired Projects for Year-Round Celebrations by Martha Stewart

America's Great Railroad Stations by Ed Breslin and Hugh van Dusen

Have fun shopping for us!
