Self-improvement books

Always trying to be better-- smarter, smaller, prettier, healthier, wiser; in other words, you want to be more of all the good things and less of all the bad things? You're not alone, and there are many self-help books around to help you change into a more-perfect you. Here are just a few of the books we've purchased in the last little while for the library with this very quest in mind. If you know of others you'd like to read, please feel free to recommend that we obtain them.

Good Self, Bad Self: Transforming Your Worst Qualities into Your Biggest Assets by Judy Smith, 2012

Decisive: How to Make Better Choices in Life and Work by Chip Heath & Dan Heath
