World War II books updated

World War II has fascinated scholars and thinkers alike for the 68 years since its end. The war was a major event in the 20th century and certainly affected most U.S. families, not to mention those of Europe and Japan. In that vein, researchers continue to scour archives for facts and details about people and places, and they continue to analyze the participation of all the countries involved.
